Nationwide Flexclusive Regular Saver issue
I opened a new 5% Nationwide Flexclusive Regular Saver with a £500 deposit direct from my flexdirect account. The NFRS does not have a sort code. How do I set up a monthly standing order for £500 from my main current account (Santander123) to an account without a sortcode?

Switch account Bonus.
Hello! Now that it seems the Clydesdale Bank doesn't offer the £150 switching bonus any more, what is the most attractive option? Are you aware of any future offer that I should wait for? Thanks!

switching offers -where have they all gone?
Hi all, I had planned to do a sequence of switches all in succession to get the switching bonuses. The first one, with First Direct, took a bit longer than I thought. By the time I'd applied, waited for the switch over, waited till I could pay in the minimum amount then waited for the bonus to be paid, it was probably…

Any way to pay less receiving money from abroad?
In January of this year EU VAT was introduced on digital downloads forcing online sellers to either register for VAT and deal with the tax complexities of 28 countries or go through a billing company that handles this side but charges for the service. The problem I have is that the billing company are paying in US dollars…

Got to open 5 bank accounts... Where?
So I've just sold a BTL flat, and thought I'd max out accounts for the Bank Deposit Protection, it would just make me feel uneasy having the money sat around for too long anywhere. I have accounts at Lloyds, Natwest, and just completed an application for Santander. Just wondering where else you would open for now? Needs to…

Anyone else having problems with HSBC mobile banking app?
Hi, I've used the HSBC app perfectly well for about six months, but about a week ago it stopped working and would no longer load. I just got the spinning wheel symbol and then a blank white screen on my phone. I tried it for several days, then I uninstalled the app and downloaded it again, but I couldn't get it to work. I…

Wages paid to wrong account?
Ok, so I need a little help from anyone who can offer it. Last month or so I started a new job, only when it came to being paid it's gone into a different account. The sort code is one digit off and upon checking it on a payment validation site it's an account that exists and belongs to someone else (Just my luck!) I spoke…

Refer A Friend - Current and savings accounts
Is anyone aware of any refer/recommend a friend offers other than the Nationwide and First Direct current account ones? The latter - £50 for the recommender if their friend completes current account switch in - doesn't seem to be particularly well-publicised particularly when compared to the Nationwide one.

Switching from Citibank - not part of the 7 day switch scheme
I signed up for a new Barclays account online and was accepted. I got to the switching part of the process, entered my Citibank details; then a message came up next to the sort code saying "your bank does not support the 7 day switch guarantee" or something similar. The only option I had was to cancel the switch. Does…

Tesco current account and tax declaration
I have just applied to open a Tesco current account to save for holidays, home repairs, xmas 2016 etc over the next year. I chose this rather than a savings account as it pays 3% gross but does not have to be funded with a certain amount or need direct debits. I already have 2 Santander 123s, 1 Nationwide Flex direct and…
