Hello! Now that it seems the Clydesdale Bank doesn't offer the £150 switching bonus any more, what is the most attractive option? Are you aware of any future offer that I should wait for? Thanks!

    If you've not previously applied with the Halifax they are currently offering £100 for switching to one of their Reward accounts (the Reward account requires at least £750 being paid in monthly plus two active Direct Debits being taken) or just their Current Account (no minimum payment in, but there's no £5 monthly bonus either).
    It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.

    Doubt they will, unlike other banks no requirements on their accounts for the interest.

    Halifax is pretty good with £160 for first year and just keep the acc for £60/yr after
