I transferred over a £1000 to go from a plus saver account with them online to my premier current account on the 1st aug so bills would be covered. Imagine my surprise when they charge me £25for a bill paid for the council - yet online it shows as going out after the credit (which I know they say online its not accurate) .…

I have an current account at Barclays and have been sent a form to sign and return which sets out new charges and rules.
