Dect Phone & BT Broadband problem
Got a call from a friend that recently had BT standard broadband installed. Everything went O.K and he's been able to get online. I know it won't be the cheapest option but I vaguely remember buying a stick to get internet about 5 years ago ... do they still exist?…

Poor service from BT - could I cancel?
Hi, We switched to BT from Virgin Media in July. Part of the reason was the poor customer service we got from VM. However, we now have found ourselves without a telephone line for almost a week and although we do still have broadband (ADSL - don't understand how), the speed has dropped from 10-11 mb/s down to 1 mb/s which…

What point to begin switching process?
At what point would you recommend beginning a phone and broadband switch? I understand when switching gas/electric you don't have to pay a cancellation fee for leaving your contract early when your fix is coming to an end. Does a similar rule apply for broadband? Or, do you just have to guesstimate it! - reading through…
