BT!! All i want to do is upgrade my package..

They are a joke... Got leaflet to say i can get Fibre Optic in my village.. So ring them up they confirm i can... So went through the details someone will ring on Monday to to order it...
Monday comes no call.
Tues ring go through again to be told system down.. WHAT!! can i speak to the manager please... 5 mins later oh it working... so says some one will ring me Fri afternoon to set it up.
This morning i get a call.. went through the package type pick one then ask would i like a 12 months one or 18 months one.. (since i might be moving in new year thought i go for 12 month as will take it with me). Sorry i cant offer you that you need to ring this number press option 2.
So i did guess what system down.... ask for manager oh it working.... now says i gotta wait till 29th for call to get it ordered.. explain what happen and women said he lying he can... ( I assume he get more comssion on 18 month then if i signed up & tried to offer me TV and all other stuff i didnt want and was very pushy.)...
ALLL I WANT IS TO UPGRADE MY LINE BT HOW HARD IS IT
