Fast4 secure server problems
Is there any other Fast4 dial up users getting problems accessing their Ebay, Hotmail and other secure sites? I am and it seems other users are but Fast4 won't admit there's a problem. They need to be messaged or emailed.

Talk Talk not so "free" internet
I switched to Talk Talk Talk3 package several months ago (I'd have to check but off the top of my head, it must be going on 6 months by now) and I'm still having to pay £10 per month for my "free" internet. When I first queried this they said that the £10 was the charge to BT for using their broadband and that I would have…

Question about MAC codes
I'm with AOL, and have been happy with the service I've been receiving, but I'm out of contract now and am looking to reduce how much I pay if possible. I'm paying £14.99 per month but often hear about people getting £9.99 deals. I don't really want to switch, but my question is: if I phone up and request a MAC code, I'm…

Problem with Pipex
I am tired and sick of this company. Yesterday they cut of my connection since they couldn't debit my replacement bankers card. I anticipated this problem back in April when it was changed, because they have done this before, so I warned them by Email. 26th April: My bank has renewed my debit card. The last time this…

Hi Guys! I've been looking for a new broadband provider, as I'm with Tiscali at the moment, but something a bit cheaper would be nice! :) I've just been reading the cutting costs of broadband article and it says that existing sky customers can get basic broadband for free. Would I be able to sign up to Sky on the cheapest…

Hi, Have moved into a new flat & have been told that my housemate needs to keep his telephone number for business reasons. He is totally unwilling to change this. He is under the impression that because it has always been used on/transfered to cable companies, that we won't be able to transfer the phone number to any adsl…

Breach of Contract? Pipex or daughter?
Some months ago my daughter arranged for Pipex to take over her B/Band service from BT (would have advised her against it had I known in advance, as I saw something on "Don't get done, get Dom" where they hadn't hooked someone up after months) She got them a MAC code from BT, which they eventually came back and said didn't…
