Internet deals in Germany

Hi Everyone
I've just moved to Germany and I'm yet to find their version of moneysupermarket.com or uswitch.
Anybody know of any sites?
The main thing I'm looking for in an Internet and phone line deal. As far as I know, my line isn't connected at the moment so I need to start from scratch!
Any help and advice appreciated and thank you in advance
