ok... i went bankrupt fri my landlord came round today and handed our notice *2 months* he didnt know i was made bankrupt but im never going to be able to rent another flat now without a gurantor which i cant get any suggestions does this show on my credit file streight away?

Mortgage going up!
Hi, Hubby and I BR since July and our fixed rate is ending soon which means our mortgage is going to go up by a minimum of £175 - even if I tie into a new deal with my provider? Can anyone tell me if I have any other options other than to just accept this as I am very worried indeed! Thanks Poodle

Can creditors still take money out of your account after you have been made bankrupt?
I was made bankrupt in Feb 2010 and today (29th March) Barclaycard have taken nearly £200 out of my account without me knowing, can they do this?? Thanks Sarah
