Updating credit report - help needed

Hi,
I looked at a copy of my credit report for the first time since being discharged in January 2009. It wasn't as bad as i feared - only four old crediors even appear on it (why would that be?) but those that do, still have a balance, so i need to ask for it to be updated. Trouble is, I can't remember the date of BR or discharge to the day, and don't have my official discharge notice anymore, so how can i go about updating my file? Any advice appreciated..

Have a look at this link,

Also if you go on the London Gazette website you will be able to find your BR date, and if it was an AD, then it will be 12 months to the day from that date.:pB&SC No. 298
