How long do you have to keep paperwork relating to bankruptcy?
Hi Just wondered if anyone knew how long you have to keep all the paperwork relating to bankruptcy after you have been discharged? I still have loads of creditor letters, statements and insolvency correspondence but can I now destroy it? Many thanks

Where does it say?
Where on my credit file will it say I am Bankrupt? I checked my credit file with Experian (Credit Expert) yesterday after finding my name on the IS website. I didn't have time to pore over the page but i couldn't see BANKRUPT shouting at me from the page! We have been Bankrupt a total of 4 days now. Thanks in Advance D

Overtime
hiya all I have done alittle bit of overtime the past 2 months only about 8 hours, works out about 90odd quids in my pay its not guaranteed over time just 30mins here and there over a month should i tell the OR about this it has only occurred to me today after think about my other thread i have
