should i ignore letter

as some of you may know i am waitlng for a charge for payment before i can go b.r (scottish law) well i recieved this letter today
NOTICE OF LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
despite numerious attempts to resolve this matter we have recieved no satisfactory responce TAKE NOTE you now have 5 WORKING DAYS to pay the above amount then it goes on about notice of default sum
failure to comply with this request will leave us with no alrernative but to consider COURT ACTION for recovery of our monies together with court costs interest will also continue on a daily basis until the debt is paid in full if legal action is issued
should a DECREE is granted the SHERRIF OFFICER could be asked to make attendance at your premises in order to carry out an ATTACHMENT and AUCTION of your assets
THIS MATTER IS NOW IN YOUR HANDS
IS this letter a scare tactick by them should i ignore letter as i am wanting one of my creditors to go to court so i can go b.r i dont have any assets of value . any help is appreciated

Sounds like a standard letter from a debt collection agency.

    Shouldn't be a problem.

How soon before you will be able to go bankrupt?
