hiya i spoke to the National Debt Helpline and the lady i spoke to said after being declared BR you don't pay tax for a year. I asked if this went to the OR she said no, you kept it. HOWEVER i have just read on here it goes to Moon Beever - can anyone help clear this up? thanks ! x
