2nd stage almost sorted

Well i have had to sort all my statements ect out today ready to post off...theres loads and had to put it in a grey parcel bag and cut the label off and put on that as noway would it have fit in the brown envelope they sent, i think i have supplied everything apart from june and julys statement, i cant find them, so think it must be from when i had them to take to CAB, so explained that and dont have the original housing documents, apart from that i 'think' its all sorted, i have rung and changed my time and date for the 'phone call' its now wed at 9.30 of next week instead of monday.

Dont worry about the missing statements. There is nothing you can provide that the OR cannot find out directly from the bank/credit card etc anyway.

How are you housed? Private or council/HA? If private they may want the landlords details. I'm council and the OR was happy enough with the copy of my new rent amount letter that they send every year to me.

Don't worry, I had nothing in the way of statements - they all got shredded as soon as they came in .. a coping strategy I think!
