Early discharge....

I have a co-op cashminder account now I am discharged do I tell them I am discharged and show them the certificate and will they make any changes to my account.....???? Like give me a proper account?

    afraid not, you probably wont get a upgraded account until the BR goes off your credit record

    Hmm I tried with the co-op....T&C's are now changed so they WILL NOT upgrade your account for 6yrs till the BR drops off your files...

    I tried with natwest instead & managed to grab a full account...

    apart from a cheque book, what real-time advantages are there with a 'proper' account?

    {I certainly found none with my 30 years as a Barclay's customer.....I had my two Barclaycards so far back in time, they failed to register for some time on experian.....apparently very early card accounts didn't get recorded in the same way......apparently]
    No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......
