First post guys: - Having read everything on here about private parking tickets I went off and appealed (via POPLA) against two fake tickets from Parking Eye.
Got the appeals back this morning and I have won both.
Big thank you to all who post on here and for all of the great advice!
I would rather not put details up, however PE couldn't even be bothered to send POPLA any PCN or information so the assessor found in my favour!

Wow ! well done to you I guess you took onboard what you needed then went and did what you needed to do ? Can you post up the wording from popla please. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Hi Stroma,
PE didn't send anything in to POPLA at all: -
The wording used in the letter is: -
It is the Appellant’s case that the parking charge notice was issued incorrectly.
The Operator has not produced a copy of the parking charge notice, nor any evidence to show a breach of the conditions of parking occurred, nor any evidence that shows what the conditions of parking, in fact, were.
Accordingly I have no option but to allow the appeal.
This is exactly the same for both fake tickets!

H Stroma,
Should have added: - Yes I read the newbie section first, followed the suggested procedure.
As expected PE rejected the first letter (standard automated rubbish).
Then asked for the POPLA code.
Submitted the appeal and waited. Decisions came through this morning.

Thanks for the wording and my biggest thanks for taking the advice on here and getting on with things. Just a heads up to other newbies it can be done with the thread below

That's great news and as Stroma says it shows the advice works!
LOTS of PPCs just fold at a strong first appeal; this OP says 'to anyone else reading this -- follow the advice in the newbies thread!! It works '
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?p=65871482&highlight=#post65871482
same here with Armtrac;
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5022860
and NPE, gave up as soon as they saw the forum template letter:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5115771
and Car Parking Partnership, also fell at the first hurdle:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5079440
and Smart Parking fold every time they see the forum template appeals:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5030486
still folding, Smart, Nov 2014 - even when it's too late to appeal they fold when they see our appeal words!
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5075008
and here, Dec 2014:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5144773
ParkingEye often cancel now before POPLA (as well as giving up every time at POPLA stage) against our appeals:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5142113
and ParkingEye again:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5146243
and again:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5071262
ParkingEye folded again, early doors, having been sent a shorter pepipoo version of appeal:
http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=94580
and again, ParkingEye gave up:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5116591
and again, December 2014, ParkingEye give up when they see the template used by a complete novice (who confirms 'this is easy!'):
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5140328
And here with UKPS, where their pet debt collector TNC had sent some rubbishy version of Notice:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5130459
same here with UKPC, the charge was cancelled after using the template appeal:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5071665
and here again UKPC:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?p=65885776&highlight=#post65885776 he says 'I read through the steps to take in the NEWBIES thread...appealed - then I got a letter saying it had been cancelled.'
and again with UKPC:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5146071
and again UKPC make two more 'admin errors' so cancel as a gesture of 'goodwill' (LOL!!):
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5032077
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5047355
and again here easy as pie again, UKPC cancelled:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5010056
and again, UKPC:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5035728
and again, same thing, UKPC gave up:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5038493
and again, UKPC blaming that 'admin error' again and cancelling as a 'gesture of goodwill'!:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5060912
again UKPC:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5061343
And more have posted recently, no need for any forum hand-holding, this person also wrote her own POPLA appeal based on the sticky thread info:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?p=63882717&highlight=#post63882717
and this NEWBIE read what to include in a first appeal, got on with it and will win (and has posted with humour, laughing about it, no begging for help):
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=4916007
and this poster beat UKCPS at first appeal (no need for POPLA) by using the NEWBIES thread template first appeal.
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=4938659
same here, UKCPS threw in the towel again:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?p=66253327&highlight=#post66253327
so did this person, same immediate cancellation by UKCPS again who can't be bothered to argue with us:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5009860
and the same day, Highview capitulated as well even though the template was sent late!
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5001887
and here's another Highview case where the template appeal in the Newbies sticky thread made them give up!
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5038494
another Highview one Oct 2014:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5078474
and the same reported about a Civil Enforcement fake parking ticket, cancelled as soon as they saw the template appeal:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5003749
and these posters won at POPLA just by copying our template examples for appeal. NOTE THAT PARKING EYE NEVER CONTEST OUR POPLA APPEALS!
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?p=66821513&highlight=#post66821513
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5045530
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5013459
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?p=65873252&highlight=#post65873252
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?p=64891239&highlight=#post64891239
and this newbie reports two wins at POPLA purely based on reading our advice here to formulate the winning words for POPLA, no need for a new thread or anything:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?p=64888191&highlight=#post64888191
and this newbie says 'My thanks to the regulars who put a lot of time into these forums; just follow the stickies, do some searching and it's easy':
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?p=65165889&highlight=#post65165889
and another one, no posts needed until he'd followed the forum advice and won v Parking Eye at POPLA:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?p=65212876&highlight=#post65212876
and same v APCOA, two posters saying it's easy:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=4950410
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=4977709
and v MET, a first post from someone who did exactly as advised, with no fuss nor 'urgent, help!' posts - and it panned out exactly as we had said it would at POPLA:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=4954222
and VCS as well, doomed by 'no GPEOL' by a newbie:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?p=65346324&highlight=#post65346324
Forum POPLA appeals win - certainly in cases where the signs allege 'breach of contract' or 'failure to comply'.
No need for a new thread in many cases except to let us know when you win!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

hi i recently posted about a letter we received through the post which was a parking ticket. i followed the advice given and sent them a reply that i got off your website. But we have received another this weekend to say that my husband left the area which he didn't as he was in the shops the whole time. The letter is so complicated and they want us to pay the reduced rate of 60 if we pay now. Can you tell me what my next course of action is please.0
