Just wanted to say thanks again to the dedicated people on this board.
My mother recieved a Parking Eye ticket for overstaying at Morrisons.
The appeal didnt work as usual and I advised her to ask for a POPLA code, which they sent.
I then followed the instructions on the sticky "how to win at Popla"
Used the pre made long letter, adapted it slightly. Printed it out and stapled it to the Popla form sent by Parkingeye.
sent the letter postage verified.
We recieved a letter from Popla saying they are going to check everything with Parkingeye.
That was 2 months ago and today we recieved the ticket cancellation email from Parkingeye
So result!
