I received a parking ticket a while ago from APCOA for an alleged offence at Luton Airport. I felt it unjust so performed a quick google search which led me to the wealth of information contained within this forum. I just wanted to say a quick thank you to the key contributors to this site on this issue as having followed their advice I have today received a cancellation notice from APCOA.

It really was a simple case of reading the advice and following the instructions and all it cost me was half an hour of my time and the cost of a stamp.

Thank you for taking the time and effort to help me and all of us out with your experience and wisdom.

Well done to you Russ.

Could you give us the gist of the key point(s) in your appeal that you think caused APCOA to cancel.

Not only will that give us better 'intelligence' to advise others in similar circumstances with APCOA, but also give the newly 'afflicted' confidence that this stuff, with the right approach, can be defeated.
