What's it about?
Back in July 06 Bailey started this thread to help all pregnant MoneySavers and their partners save on anything pregnancy-related plus give each other moral support. It's been hugely popular and now has a long list of pregnant mothers-to-be. Now it's not just for those that are pregnant but also those trying to conceive and MoneySavers that have probably already given birth and yet are probably too tired to let everyone know.
What should you do?
As well as being a great source of tips, baby-related bargains spotted, mutual support and help MoneySavers here have also gradually built up a list, adding themselves to one of these categories (the last one, people are moved to for obvious reasons!):

What should you do?
As well as being a great source of tips, baby-related bargains spotted, mutual support and help MoneySavers here have also gradually built up a list, adding themselves to one of these categories (the last one, people are moved to for obvious reasons!):
- EDD (Estimated due date if you're pregnant)
- TTC (trying to conceive if you're not) we now have 2 seperate threads for people TTC - 'Trying for a Baby' and 'Trying for a baby (12+ M/not straightforward)'
- Birth List
- Probably given birth but too worn out to log on list
- Click on the link at the top of this page that says "Last" (it'll take you to the last page of the discussion)
- Scroll down until you find the message with the very latest copy of the list in (if you use one further up the discussion other peoples' changes after that will be lost)
- Copy that (highlight it and click control+c)
- Click reply at the bottom of the thread to open a screen where you can past it (click control+p)
- Add yourself to the list then click save
- And don't feel shy. Introduce yourself, say hello and ask a question if you need to.

yes i just went to quote you aless02 and the other thread was closed and wouldn't let me.
Don't include the NHS in being flexible hubby is having a right job getting his pat leave as they want to know 3 months in advance when he will be off but how can you know when your baby is going to come? He also wants to use some hol time back to back with pat leave but they won't let him.
I know someone who booked the week off his baby was due and of course it was 2 weeks late so he couldn't take any time off other than the birth date it's self. This is my signature!0 -

Ohh shiney new thread
thanks Mrs.Tine!
Well, went to have a shower and managed to cut my leg  was doing so well up to that point!
Now havign to decide what I would like for lunch: feeling a bit crampy too but don't think anything is happening as it's not regular cramps - just random soreness off and on. We'll see what happens. I can't believe I'm far enough along to warrant labour vibes though (thanks for those Glam!)0 -
Oooh shiny new thread hehe
Gemma - well done for being on team pink
Jenny -I thought she said 37 and 1/2 weeks last night but maybe I misheard! I thought last night was harder work than the previous week too, but was good fun. Oh and managing to arrive with time for a swim before hand was much better than dashing in at the last mo lol. Oh and Happy Birthday for yesterday xx
Fitzio - hope those tightenings are good news for you, easy labour vibes going your way.
Jam - Big congrats on the arrival of Charlotte xxx
Glam - eek! baby poo and projectile vomiting! Suppose we all have this to look forward to at some point lol.
Elastigirl - with my bump band I dont find so much they hold my trousers in place, so much as slow down there descent! ie I dont end up with my trousers around my ankles. Having to wear mine everyday at work as the mat uniform is way too big right now, and my normal uniform trousers are too small. You would think Mothercare of all comapanies could do better!
Always - eek for the 2 hour commute! Nice to finally chat to you at Aquanatal last night. Had a stinking headache when I left there though, and its still hovering over my eyes now. Decided to avoid the strip lighting at work and stay at home today.Baby :female: Tahlie Lois born 15/3/10 7lb 12 oz :heartpulsWorking on baby no2
