My oh my, where has this week gone?! I can't believe my first week off is over with! That is really scary!

And I can't believe we are on a new thread! I am never going to be able to keep up with you!

Well I have spent my first week off doing various cleaning and tidying, but still don't seem to be getting anywhere! I hope this bump doesn't arrive early! Although my Mum dreamt that it was born on the 22nd... Which is on Tuesday! Eek! It best not do or she is in trouble!

How is everyone doing? Got any plans for this weekend? I am going to be doing yet more cleaning I think! And perhaps some cooking... I really fancy a stew! Yum!

No plans really, but I am going to get the ingrediants in for tinks hobnobs when I go shopping on sunday

I need to go to Next cos the maternity cargo pants I got I dont like anymore, they are a wee bit tight on the legs

Congrats Gisi, I've still got 4 weeks to go.. or 2 depending on who you ask! Still got a few days annual leave to take though so might just spread them out as and when needed so don't get forced to start ML early. (Any days taken not put down as annual leave after the 23rd automatically starts my SML).

Just had an email from organix the baby food people saying I've won one of the pairs of baby show tickets they had up for grabs in a competiton I entered :beer: (it's Friday afternoon, might as well have me a virtual beer, feel free to share it all!). Don't feel quite so bad for going to John Lewis in my lunchhour now and spending money I shouldn't have done really on some very cute organic cotton clothes I did buy 0-3 months so maybe they will last longer than 5 minutes?? Can't wait to show DP!

jenny - hope you get all you need at the NCT tommorow now you only have a limited shopping time :rolleyes:

only 23 more days in the office for me, can't wait to get nesting for my little boy, hopefully in our new house. Must spend next week kicking estate agents / solicitors / surveyors etc.

good evening,

had an ok night , feeling very uncomfortable, feeling useless lay in bed all time because of scar. its right from brlly button to bikini line asked nurse yesterday how long till feels a bit normal, she said 10 days , but because you will be growng at same time will take longer, god i hate how painful it is to get in and out of bed been signed off for further 6 weeks, thats 10 weeks now + 2 weeks preious for holiday, dont think i will return back till after baby born now

always - if you ever need any advice on the house front, just send me a PM. DH has been an estate agent for over 7 yrs (he's one of the good guys, promise!!) and can give good advice of things you can do to speed the sale up (he says he loves moaning at slow lawyers, lol).
