Hi all
Even more babies - congrats to you all! :j:j Every time I look on the list I've moved up a bit, now at #16!
My sis had a dream last week that ours was early - I should add that fey Scottish blood runs in this family & we're always having 'funny' dreams - this is one time I hope she's wrong cos I'm not ready yet!
Off to family party in a couple of hours, so just going to share fish & chips with DH, toddler had a long nap this aft followed by an early tea, all washing & ironing done for now (minor miracle! :rotfl:) so we can wander into town in the morning for last few baby things.
Catch up again later - DH just got in & says he's starving!

Congrats Bear Family!!
Just spoke to my neighbour there, her daughters friend went in to hospital to be induced as 10 days overdue on Monday and is still there, no baby!! Shes had the gel and the drip and apparently her cervix still clamped shut so they couldn't even break her waters! Shes getting a C-Section either tonight or tomorrow now. How rubbish is that!!0 -
Csh i wouldn't be happy, in fact i'd refuse it i think, unless there was other reasons why it needed to be out of course. She's obviously not ready!0

Beenie - can you add the following to the bottom of the list when you repost it please? Sami got me to add it before so there is a link to the birth story thread, but it seems to have got lost along the way. Ta!
Please post your birth stories here when you have time/energy!0 -
happened to a friend of mine - she refused it and ended up having an emer c section and losing tons of blood. Took awhile for her to recover.
Came home from ASDA with almost 200 nappies - the Pampers new born ones are £9 in the baby event.
Sami said they are :money: cos I text her and asked her!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
Where does the time go? :think:0 -
Congrats to Bear and baby Nathaniel. Off to read the birth story in a minute.
Yay to GISI for finishing work today. Enjoy your drinks tonight.
JHA - glad you got to speak to someone about your dad, and the nurses weren't perhaps as bad as everyone thought! Fingers crossed everything is ok.0 -

Think that's fine! That's where I put it before. Don't suppose there are any rules so do what you think.
Just read Bear's birth story - how quick was that!? I have been having pains on and off all day, but nothing regular. Just my luck!0 -
Fitzio i'd say you're technically top of the list now that ML has most likely gone and the other two don't post0

He he. Thanks for engineering that! Now I can watch everyone else leapfrog me when I am still sitting here next week complaining about twinges etc. I will be the girl who cried wolf.
I honestly have all the symptoms (show, back pain, crampy pains, engaged baby, dilation and effacement)! What's stopping him/her?! Maybe the baby has heard me nagging DH and decided it doesn't want to meet me after all!!0
