My midwife put some notes in my folder from the scan I had 2 weeks ago, at 29+5 the estimated weight of belly monkey was 1398g, just over 3lb
It seems funny compared to the grain of rice I gave my mum when I was 6 weeks to tell her I was pregnant :rotfl:

Hi everyone, just caught up!!
Congratulations Bear, just off to read your BS in a min
Great video Fishcake!!
Well DH parents have been over tonight and helped us re-organise the furniture in the nursery as we didnt like how we had it. Looks lots better nowYay!! I will try and get a pic on here of it once its finished.
Had my 32 week midwife appt this afternoon, baby is finally in the correct position, well he was when she felt him anyway. She booked me in for my 34 wk appt which is where the midwife will come to my home. I asked for a Friday as DH is home earlier and could hopefully of been here too. I am annoyed now though as I have realised we have 2 dogs boarding here that week and also we have our own 2 dogs so it would be mental. Think I am gonna have to rearrange the midwife but I cant see how it can be a Friday now as the following Friday is my last day of work so better not book it for then, lol!!

I have one of these - they're not that uncommon. Mine is tilted backwards quite sharply, to the extent that when a medical student tried to do a smear on me, she couldn't find my cervix, and when I had my coil fitted it had to be under GA with a camera so they could see where it was going.
It doesn't present any problems in pregnancy though, because, so I've been told and have 2 kids already which would tend to support this to be true, the weight of the growing baby plus extra gubbins in there, temporarily pulls your uterus down into the standard position. It will tilt back when the baby is born and it shrinks back to normal size, but from about half way through your pregnancy its the same as anyone elses!0 -
Boo have you started your raspberry leaf tea yet? I was going to give it a try from tomorrow, the box is looking at me accusingly in the cupboard as though to say 'I know you'll drink one cup then never come near me again!' Just wondered if you'd noticed more braxton hicks or movement after drinking it?Belly Monkey arrived 19.11.09 :j0
