i was considering taking out a contract with dialaphone which would involve me claiming cashback however wanted to know whther they actually pay out the cashback on time and fully if all the terms and conditions have been met?

Simple answer yes, no problems at all.
T&c's are pretty generous compared to most, last lot paid out in 4 days.You can't go wrong with carpet bombing...0 -
Same here - had trouble free claims with my last contract: even sent me my chequews quicker than they stated (within a week of claiming). My sister is now with them, and so far things have gone just as smoothly

Dialaphone, in my view is the best and trustworthy company for cash back deals. Unfortunately, they do not do the ever so mouthwatering 12 month free deals. Any company doing 12 months free deals is advertising "hey mano ! jump into us, take your chance and see whether you get it".
They are not realistic businesses, dodgy conman run 12 month free deals on probability theory (oh, only if they know their maths !)0 -
Maybe you don't know yours. I've had or got 26 and never lost a cashback. Of course, there are many fools who rush in; but don't tar us all with the same brush. If you're not prepared to spend the time, don't attempt the crime.0

Good choice, by the way I sent my cash back redemption to them on Monday, on Wednesday I received a text and an email saying they will be posting the cheque out and if I don't receive it in 7 days to contact them.0
