I had a Quidco email that offered £10 if I made a purchase in January.
I bought some travel insurance via Quidco Compare.
I see the verification page says: "it takes around 8 weeks for the insurance company to track your purchase and display in your account, so please be patient."
I assume I also have to wait till then to see if the £10 will be honoured?0 -
Well I'm no Quidco Virgin. I'm over the £5000 mark now. But lately quidco has been utter trash.
A transaction for bathshop123 from August (only £11) just won't pay out. Quidco blame the retailer but then won't accept a review warning others. They only want positive reviews it seems.
And I have two sky transactions (£100 and £110) - both genuine but the dates for payment keep moving and never in the right direction.
And to top it off I made 12 retailers for the Xmas promo and 2 have now just vanished and one wrongly declined and I can't raise a ticket. So I'll get £25 at best when it should be £50.

Yet I haven't changed it and can't log in as normal.
I have contacted quidco by email after eventually finding it on their site.
But would really like to contact them as obviously lots of personal details on my account and I think it's linked to my bank
Crazy that something so serious and there is no telephone number.
Hum.. Think I maybe closing me account after this is sorted.

Is this all of your cashback earnt on your account? All claims now show in the new 'Your Claims' tab on the Activity page.
You should still be able to view a summary of your cashback activity on the Summary page on your Quidco account.
If you're still having difficulty with this, please do send another message to the team and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

I notice since changing my account some time ago to get automatic weekly payments via Amazon vouchers, that I received the first one, but haven't received the three due since then.
I've check my spam folder.
I also notice my account is set to "not receive important emails" from Quidco. no sure why - could this be the cause? I can't change this parameter in my profile. How can I get the vouchers re-sent?

Hi @Lorian,
Please do not worry about this, as you say your account is set to "not receive important emails" from Quidco, this will explain why you have not received your Amazon vouchers.
All you need to do is get in touch with us via the support tab on your Quidco account and we can certainly opt you back in to receive emails and provide you with your missing Amazon codes.
