  • Also get closed down if you do 4 x 2p booking buddy daily clicks instead of 3 , but when you do 3 only 2 may track. Then they keep ALL your other cashback.
    Go with Imutual , if you do an extra daily click with them it just gets flagged as capped , a simple piece of software would fix Quidco ( sorry meant SWINDLECO)

    My word of warning to anyone thinking of signing up or continuing to use Quidco.

    I along with many students signed up due to it sounding good and the recommendation of a mutual fellow student. But we have been notified by the person who referred us that we are all blocked - including him. Our crime - we used Clicksnap to get the free items. That's it. Nothing more than that. At least that is what we have been told by our facebook referral (another student - and I know him and he is sound) - heard nothing from Quidco. Not a thing. Just tried to log in and it is blocked. Having looked at the last few pages, I am glad I did not use it for any large commissions - although some other students are owed about £50. But of course, they may not be aware of the issue due to the lack of communication.

    Seems that if it is used for using Clicksnap and just getting the free items - of which I am sure they will be paid - they will close the account. So beware when you buy the "free" cider, "free" Xmas choccys, "free" dog food (and no, although we are students it did go to the local dog charity and not for sandwiches), they can shut you down but by clicking their fingers (or mouse in this case).

  • I signed up with Quidco thru the NUS Extra card/website. The sums I've 'earned' aren't vast so am not overly concerned about how long they take to track. However, the largest sum is £10 for signing up to do Euromillions by direct debit which I did at the end of October (I already did it by debit card monthly anyway). There is no sign of any progress on that cashback so am just curious as to the likely outcome or response-time is. Clearly Camelot have already had more money off me than they are going to pay me anyway.

    Can I just say how fantastic Qco is. I have been using it probably since it started, and am just about to top £3,000 cashback. Money that I would not have had otherwise, never have I paid more because of the cashback, never have I been refused.

    I have raised a Quidco query under ticket 5539686 but seem to be getting nowhere

    I ordered my item online, did the tracking as needed to get the cashback but for some unknown reason this has been declined

    Quidco Representative - Can you advise please as I have noticed you provide good responses to people on here whereas the Customer Support via Quidco tends to take a few days to respond and is not very helpful in their answers (ie. not stating why the cashback was decline)

    Note: This was for £75 cashback for ordering of an iPhone 6 on a 24 month £48.50 a month contract back in October 2014

    hi,
    I requested a quidco pay-out. its the 1st time I have requested Amazon vouchers so had to wait those few extra days due to changing pay-out method.

    my amazon pay-out page says 12th Jan "Paid by Amazon.co.uk Gift Certificate", but I haven't received an email with a code.

    is it a matter of waiting the "10 working days" or should I be able to find the code in my quidco account somewhere?
