Thanks, I did consider (X) Twitter before posting here, but it seems you have to to be a verified (paid) member to contact Quidco via that platform. Assume this is ensure support is funnelled via the web form,  I sent another message today and now awaiting response (2 day)

Once again, thanks - lesson learned.

    Hi,

Im struggling with a quidco issue and not sure where to goto next.

Back in March 2023 I purchased a mobile sim via quidco which after a valid claim went to confirmed status in June 2023.

There has been no update since and messages sent via on web messaging services are responded with the generic "we are working on it message".

Whilst I appreciate these thing can take time, Im looking for a more specific response or timeline but I dont seem to be able to contact them via email, social media or escalate the web messaging responses.  I was considering raising a resolver case, but feel this is a last resort - does anyone have any suggestions of how to proceed or is it normal to wait nearly 2 years.

The mobile contract that I originally took out is about to expire and Im still waiting the confirmed cashback!

Thanks for any help or suggestions offered.
At two years, you're not getting paid, no matter what you do. You need to make sure you chase up missing claims much sooner than that I'm afraid

The highest cashback guarantee form (and indeed any reference to HCG) seems to have disappeared from the Quidco website. I'm not aware of any announcement saying that it's no longer offered. Does anyone know anything about this?
