I seem to be getting a lot more "cashback declined" followed by "claim declined" a few months later than I did in the past. This always seems to be for big ticket items with Currys twice in the last 6 months! You get the bog standard email saying no referral code linked to Quidco even though I know I clicked through from them! Anyone else finding this? The small stuff always seems to go through OK. Lost over £100 in the last few months.

Have you read recent posts here, most of us quit Quidco long ago for failing to pay out. Use Top Cashback and quit wasting time on Quidco

Spot on. Quidco is there only for those rare occasions when Topcashback doesn’t include the seller. I never expect Quidco to pay up.

I have claims going back over 1 year.  Every time I contact them they just fob me off with ...we are still chasing.  This is despite me posting also on trust pilot.  I agree with others on here that they are getting worse at paying.  Is there any advice anyone can give to take it further?

    Thanks

I'm afraid there's no way of making Quidco pay up - the only advice I can give is to stop using them.  Cashback is always best looked on as a bonus rather than an entitlement, but Quidco cashback is best looked on as an outside chance!

I have already told them I will not use them again till they pay me cashback from 16 months ago.  They just reply with the exactly the same cut and paste answer every time.

You're wasting your time. You're never gonna get a pay out for a transaction from that long ago. Move on and take it as a lesson learned.

You can't. The sites are very clear that cashback can't be guaranteed.  They pass the money on to you from the retailer. If the retailer does not pay out for any reason - poor tracking, for example, then quidco are not going to pay it themselves out of the goodness of their heart. That is something you factor in when you are deciding who to buy from.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

In that case why don't they come clean and admit that.  I could accept that more than been strung along at least it would be more honest!
