I seem to be getting a lot more "cashback declined" followed by "claim declined" a few months later than I did in the past. This always seems to be for big ticket items with Currys twice in the last 6 months! You get the bog standard email saying no referral code linked to Quidco even though I know I clicked through from them! Anyone else finding this? The small stuff always seems to go through OK. Lost over £100 in the last few months.0

I have claims going back over 1 year. Every time I contact them they just fob me off with ...we are still chasing. This is despite me posting also on trust pilot. I agree with others on here that they are getting worse at paying. Is there any advice anyone can give to take it further?
Thanks

You can't. The sites are very clear that cashback can't be guaranteed. They pass the money on to you from the retailer. If the retailer does not pay out for any reason - poor tracking, for example, then quidco are not going to pay it themselves out of the goodness of their heart. That is something you factor in when you are deciding who to buy from. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
