Anybody waiting for Quidco energy cashback for over 12 months? After contact Quidco say still waiting for retailer, EDF.0
-
Hi
I had the exact same problem for months and I couldn't log in. Then I realised there was a space at the end of my email address which, I didn't notice. Once I cleared that, I was able to log in just fine! Hope this helps you.0 -
Did anyone take advantage of the Quidco cashback offer that the newsletter was talking about in December? The article stated that you could qualify for a bonus of £28 if you signed up and shopped at certain times. Accordingly, I signed up on 11th December but noticed that the special cashback offer didn't start till 13th. So, I waited till the 13th before going onto the Argos website to order a new television for £119. By my reckoning, I should have got double cashback plus the £28 bonus, but all that shows on my account is £1.20. I've been all over the Quidco site but can't find anywhere to get an answer. When I try to raise a query, I just get an error message. Was this just another scam?0

We're talking Quidco here, I'm afraid. I use it only as a very last resort if no cashback is available anywhere else. I regard a Quidco payout as a nice surprise - unlike TCB which is pretty reliable.0

Never had an issue with Quidco. I've found it very reliable. However it always tracks lower and bonuses are not paid immediately.
Your bonus section will show it if it's recorded. If not you can put a help ticket in after a specified amount of time (it will tell you what that is)0 -
Hi,
Im struggling with a quidco issue and not sure where to goto next.
Back in March 2023 I purchased a mobile sim via quidco which after a valid claim went to confirmed status in June 2023.
There has been no update since and messages sent via on web messaging services are responded with the generic "we are working on it message".
Whilst I appreciate these thing can take time, Im looking for a more specific response or timeline but I dont seem to be able to contact them via email, social media or escalate the web messaging responses. I was considering raising a resolver case, but feel this is a last resort - does anyone have any suggestions of how to proceed or is it normal to wait nearly 2 years.
The mobile contract that I originally took out is about to expire and Im still waiting the confirmed cashback!
Thanks for any help or suggestions offered.0 -
Bottom line is that any cashback claim ultimately sits with the retailer. Cashback is never guaranteed and the cashback sites have to wait for the retailer to confirm or otherwise. No point going to resolver because it is not up to Quidco to pay you, they simply pass the money on when they get it.
Having said that, two years is a long time and I would suggest that is likely to mean that your cashback won't be happening. All you can do is keep prodding them at more regular intervals.
What does it say on the site that the usual payout timescale is for this particular mobile provider? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -

Thanks for the update - appreciated.
TBH I have moved over to TCB for a while now and this quidco is just a remaining legacy claim...
Just reading back through this thread there is an older reference to customersupport@quidco.com is this still valid, or is messenger the only way to contact them now?
I try the suggestion above about suggesting I'll contact the company, but accept the claim is probably lost...
If I get any joy I update this thread - thanks.

Doesn't look like it.
Their agreement says "Please note that all communications (including formal notices) under this Agreement are to be sent and received by email. For this purpose, your notices should be sent via our contact form"
You could always try Twitter if they are on there - that sometimes works for some companies. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
