Quick question, if a Quidco search result for a retailer shows "Premium" in a box to the right. Does this mean it only pays cahback to premium members? I checked the merchant T&C's and it doesn't say anything about this. Thanks.Mortgage Free Wannabe Light Bulb Moment (Early 2012, started May 2012)

Are you still around? You haven't posted on this forum since May 2022!I need to contact Quidco about a claim that has gone into limbo, but cannot do so via your message service, which tells me that because I've already lodged a claim there's nothing else you can do.The claim was for a National Express transaction made in July 2023. The 'Claim processing' progress bar has disappeared, and next to 'Estimated payable' there is just a dash (-).There are issues with other claims / transactions too.0

Looks like a 'no', then...

Anyone else also finding it completely impossible to get through to Quidco customer service? On their site there is a link that says "Contact Quidco Support" but clicking on that takes you nowhere at all. The button just doesn't function - click on it and nothing at all happens
.
Then there is a "Help Centre" where they tell you you can contact them by using the "chat facility". When you try to do that it just keeps telling you you aren't logged into you account, when you actually are.
I have concerns as a number of cashback transactions made in December haven't been paid nor the promised "Quidco bonuses" which Quidco offered at the time. Claims already logged but no action taken by Quidco and it seems impossible to contact them.
Is anyone else experiencing similar problems or know of a way of getting through to their customer services?
I haven't used Quidco in a while, using instead Topcashback. I must say that Topcashback were always very responsive and you could get through to their customer services department. Quidco by comparison I'm finding very unreliable and unhelpful so far and impossible to reach

Just having a read back over the last page of this forum the experiences, my experience and the lack of any response from Quidco seem concerning. Interested if anyone else not receiving cashback. Are Quidco still operating? Noticed a flurry of "bonus" offers from then which entice you into using them, but no good if they receive cashback on your transactions but do not pay out either the cashback or the promised bonuses.
I only used them due to the offered bonuses as otherwise I was quite happy with Topcashback and after this disappointing experience I doubt I will return to Quidco.
Interested to learn other people's experiences. Is the email address posted above correct to contact Quidco as there isn't one I can find listed on their own website?
