I am getting more and more infuriated with your totally useless online system which has me going around in circles.

I recently bought a Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer- AF300UK for £199 but a few days later it has come down now to £179 with a few retailers (and their own site). When i got it there was a cashback deal from Quidco (30%) - so £150 should the cashback be paid. Has anyone had any experience of what happens with Quidco and Ninja, is the cashback reliable? if i claim the difference will the pricematch and will this then cause the cashback to be declined (has anyone had this with Ninja or any other retailer?). Quidco have been notoriously unreliable with the large cashback deals that i am concerned it will be declined anyway! lol Any comments or thoughts greatly appreciated as usual.Titch0

You purchased it for £199, Quidco was 30% so £59.70. So total paid would be £139.30.When you purchased it, it was £199 and now it’s £179 so you are looking at claiming £20 back from Ninja which will, in my opinion affect your cash back as when you purchased it, it tracked as a £199 purchese and then they will be refunding you £20.You have only 30 days from purchese to claim a price match with them to just in case you weren’t aware.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. I am a regular TCB user but i got tempted by a £5 global bonus on Quidco and i made the purchase and it tracked however, I notice i was registered as premium member so i quickly down graded because i would use this as a secondary site as i don't trust it as much as TCB.
Will i still get the global bonus or have i wasted my time?Enjoy everyday like it's your last!0 -

Quidco provide a purchase id for each tracked transaction. Is there any way of finding out from quidco the transaction details (e.g., time, date, credit/debit card used) associated with any given purchase id)? I have tried their help pages and messaging bot but have drawn a blank.0
