I would just like to make a quick shout out to Ashleigh and Tom at Quidco. Thank you for sorting out my problem I posted about a few weeks back. Even though the retailer was(and probably still is) dragging their feet, I've been paid out by Quidco. This is something the other lot never did after years of chasing up a similar problem I had with them hence the reason I stopped using them but stuck by with Quidco. It's much appreciated guys0

I've been a regular user of Quidco but over the last couple of years we haven't bought very much through them. However, I hadn't realised that you pay £1 for every month you use it...even if your cashback is less than £1. Somehow we had Domino's as as a favourite so every time we ordered a pizza, once a month or so, we earned 24p cashback. Which cost us 76p of our accumulated funds. In the grand scheme of things it isn't a huge amount of money but it's still irritating. Could so easily have avoided if they showed the retention fees somewhere!!!0
