Regretfully cash back is not instant , we do have to wait for the retailer to approve and pay the cash back and once we have the funds they are added straight to your balance, This is why we do advise on the retailers pages a estimated payment speed for the retailer so that when a purchase is made you are aware of the possible wait time for cash back. If the retailer has provided a estimated payment date this would be the date we expect the funds by, they can come in sooner, please be assured we give them straigh tto you once we have the funds.
I am sorry if any disapointment is caused by this.

Hi Quidco,I made a purchase on 21st for £30 with The Range which has tracked OK.However, the November and £2.50 Seasonal Boost Bonanza are not showing any tracked transactions.What do I need to do to resolve as it isn't a missing cashback claim?TaDo Money Saving sites make you buy more bargains - and spend more money?0

Hi, my Holland & Barret claim was successful and it says successful and shows as confirmed in green with a tick however its been like that for a while but there's no money to withdraw. claim no. 4495569 original order date 29/4/2021
