    Hi,
    I did as you asked but nothing appears to have been done 4 months on. Its frustrating having to wait for the retailer when I have all the evidence of a genuine transaction. Is this what quidco is doing?

    Why do some retailers make you wait so long for cashback ?
    I took put two motor insurance policies  (sheilas wheels and esure) in September with cashback (total £75) expected in April
    I find this an unacceptable length of time and assume (hope) that this 7 month delay is not down to Quidco ?

    Regretfully cash back is not instant , we do have to wait for the retailer to approve and pay the cash back and once we have the funds they are added straight to your balance, This is why we do advise on the retailers pages a estimated payment speed for the retailer so that when a purchase is made you are aware of the possible wait time for cash back. If the retailer has provided a estimated payment date this would be the date we expect the funds by, they can come in sooner, please be assured we give them straigh tto you once we have the funds.

    I am sorry if any disapointment is caused by this.

    I bought some toiletries from Bubble T last year and theirs was 23 months!!! 16 months later, it was declined 'Apologies, the retailer has declined your cashback. We're sorry to tell you that this retailer does not accept cashback claims. We're unable to investigate this further for you.'  Now use TCB as things seem to get paid quicker and track more often

    I made a purchase on 21st for £30 with The Range which has tracked OK.
    However, the November and £2.50 Seasonal Boost Bonanza are not showing any tracked transactions.

    What do I need to do to resolve as it isn't a missing cashback claim?

    Hi, my Holland & Barret claim was successful and it says successful and shows as confirmed in green with a tick however its been like that for a while but there's no money to withdraw.  claim no. 4495569 original order date 29/4/2021
    Is it a case of still waiting or has something gone wrong with the next stage?
