Doesn't Quidco deserve a seperate section of it's own - rather than an endless series of questions tagged on the end of a 10 year old query ?

When I access Sheilas wheels via Quidco - it doesn't even give me access to Multicar policies !

Thank you so much for your message, I am really sorry for any issues caused by out BOT , our BOT is there to help members in answering simple queries but I will feed this back for you so we can look to make sure if any improvements are needed these are looked into. 

The Monthly bonus is on our App only at the moment so if you go to to your APP and then Activity you will see how you can earn your Monthly rewards I am really sorry for any confusion caused.

At present Sheilas Wheels are not offering Multicar cash back through us so if you are looking to make a purchase for  a multicar policy you would not be eligible to receive cash back which is why you wre taken  to single polocies through our link as the only purchases you can earn cash back currently is the below : 

£40 cashback for a genuine new car insurance policy with policy breakdown cover and Motor Legal Protection Get cashback

£37 cashback for a genuine new car insurance policy with policy breakdown cover Get cashback

£32 cashback for a genuine new car insurance policy with Motor Legal Protection Get cashback

£30 cashback for a genuine new car insurance policy If you wish to make a multicar polciy you would need to do this outside of quidco and regretfully we would not be able to get cash back for that type of policy. If you need anythign else please let us know. Ashleigh 😁 socialsupport@quidco.com

I'm hoping you can help with a query pertaining to Scottish Power. There's currently an offer for £252 cashback on SP Prepay. As a rather old-fashioned person who pays for energy with prepay cards/keys, this is of interest as good offers on prepay are rare. However, in the T&Cs it states that customers who sign up for a standard tariff will get cashback declined - but SP only actually offer a standard tariff on prepay. Can you advise?

I eventually took out two separate policies (Sheila's wheels and Ensure) - I assume that I will receive cash back on both - athough they both come under Esure?
Both have tracked

I need help. On the 21st of Nov, 2020, we purchased a fridge freezer from PC world at the cost of 415.83 excluding vat. It was advertised as 7% cash back. However it was tracked at 1%. After made complain, we were told that the correct amount will be uplifted once the cash back is approved or confirmed. We trusted your advice. However, it was not uplifted when it was confirmed on the 10th of Aug.2021. What is going on?

If this is the case, can you send us an email on quidcosupport@quidco.com with details so we can then look further into that for you? Currys does track at the 1% to begin with as stated on the retailers page, and then uplift on confirmation. Sometimes if this is paid at the lower amount, it may have been if you had purchased something alongside this or that the page which you were redirected to did not hold the item purchased. 

If you contact us, we should be able to resolve that quite easily for you 👍 -Summer
