  • Last weekend  19th September there was an increased cashback on hotels.com to 20% (screenshot attached)

    However all my orders tracked at well below the 20%. 

    I made four bookings all within the deadline on 19th September.

    £289 x 3
    Cash back should have been £57.80
    Instead rhe cashback tracked at less than 2% each £5.13. Thats more than £50 lost on each bookings.

    Is this a joke?

    The fourth booking was for £445.98. Cashback should be £91. Ridiculously tracked at £7.92

    £240 worth of cashback not tracked.


    I can't raise a claim for any of them because the merchant doesn't accept it?? Is this another joke?

    Can you let me know so I can cancel the bookings if the cashback will not be honoured.

    Similarly it was 20% for boots a few weeks ago  one tracked fine. The other tracked at 10%, I'm still waiting to hear back about this. 

    Lately quidco hasn't been as good as it used too and I'm tempted to now switch to topcashback. Tired of worrying whether cashback will.be paid out at the right amount. 

    Quidco needs  it's own support section with separate threads for each complaint/issue

  • My relatives opened a TSB account back in December 2020. They did this during the Seasonal Boost. Both have had their bonuses paid, but in October had the actual transactions declined. They have both raised claims as no reason for these to be declined as they did open via Quidco.

    On your website it clearly says bonuses would be paid once transactions have been confirmed and also this was confirmed via support ticket. Why then has the transactions now been declined but bonuses paid?
