Quidco Home Broadband Compare is offering £41 for switching to Plusnet but only pays out £35. They won't accept claims either for this service.

    Hey,

That doesn't sound right, can you send us a email on socialsupport@Quidco.com so we can have a look into this for you? It's either that this has been paid incorrectly or you are on the premium membership which has deducted some funds off -Summer

I have had a claim from December 2020 for an insurance policy purchased from Simple Landlords. Strangely it tracked twice and checking on it now I see that one of them was declined while the other is waiting for the retailer decision. Is there any chance that Quidco can give Simple Landlords an elbow in the ribs? I think that they might have thought that rejecting one was the end of the matter. It has been over half a year now.

How does Quidco work with supermarket cashback, such as cashback for placing an online order of £40 or more?
I normally have to book a Asda delivery slot several days in advance, and put about £40's worth in the basket to keep the order.
Then, probably the day before delivery (when I know what I'm short of!!), I add lots of other items that I need.
My question is if I book the initial slot using the Quidco link for £40+, what happens if I later amend the order, adding additional items??
...and would I also need to use the Quidco link when I later add further items??

    Hey,

We would advise that you make the purchase in one and any amendments would result in the cashback being declined I'm afraid. So we would state to make the purchase with all items in the basket and pay for this without adding or removing any products -Summer

That's not really practical is it.
If we have to book a week ahead just to secure a slot, it's hard to put together a shopping order, trying to predict what we will need a week later.
Any chance of feeding this back as constructive feedback?

I totally agree but to be fair TCB are the same :(
  • What has happened to Quidco – they used to be brilliant and had excellent customer support

Now – they appear to have lost their way – they sent me an email this morning with a link to a new “Monthly bonus” which doesn’t work !

They don’t respond to “live chat” for days – and I am a premium member

Their BOT is totally useless – it replies “you can rephrase your question, or talk to our team using the buttons here” to every question asked

Then there’s issues within the site itself:

Trying to obtain Sheilas Wheels MULTICAR policy through Quidco - seemingly impossible !

I can only access single car policies via Quidco - I have to exit Sheilas Wheels and go back in again to access Multicar - which would remove Quidco cookie and the cashback would not be available.

I have used Quidco chat and was told "Regretfully we dont have a rate for multicar policies which is why the link is not taking you to multicar" - but how do I even set up a multicar policy with single car cashback (£30) ?

When I access Sheilas wheels via Quidco - it doesn't even give me access to Multicar policies !
