Just having a read back over the last page of this forum the experiences, my experience and the lack of any response from Quidco seem concerning.  Interested if anyone else not receiving cashback.  Are Quidco still operating?  Noticed a flurry of "bonus" offers from then which entice you into using them, but no good if they receive cashback on your transactions but do not pay out either the cashback or the promised bonuses.

I only used them due to the offered bonuses as otherwise I was quite happy with Topcashback and after this disappointing experience I doubt I will return to Quidco.

Interested to learn other people's experiences.  Is the email address posted above correct to contact Quidco as there isn't one I can find listed on their own website?

That email address came straight from Quidco themselves. It is correct.

Thanks I'll try the email address.  But having read around on other threads on this site it seems that plenty of other people are experiencing Quidco not paying the bonuses they promise.  Around December/January Quidco were bombarding me with emails promising bonuses for shopping.  All the purchases I made are showing as tracked, as are the bonuses, but no sign of any payment being made.

As others are saying they also haven't received cashback and bonuses it does very much seem that Quidco are luring people to spend by promising bonuses which seem then not to be being paid and as in my case the cashback itself is also not being paid, despite showing as tracked.

Isn't there something that can be done about this?  Personally, I will revert back to Topcashback who in my experience are contactable and have a better track record of actually paying out on their bonuses.

Another user in a different thread states that Quidco is part of Moneysupermarket which is linked to MSE.  I don't know if this is the case, but if so, can someone from MSE comment on this  - why Quidco are being allowed to lure people with bonuses in this way, not payout and have no means of contact via their website?  This is not a case of cashback not tracking - it has tracked but Quidco simply haven't paid out either the promised cashback or the bonuses.

Yes, Quidco have been notorious for a while for unreliable tracking, especially with big bonuses (my last one didn't track, although in the name of transparency, the previous two did). It's also worth bearing in mind bonus payments do take a few months to become payable (this is explained in T&Cs). I rarely use them, partly due to their unreliability, but primarily cos TCB almost always have the higher rate anyway.

I started using Quidco this year, and was pleased that a set of purchases had tracked adding a nice bonus cashback to the holiday. But seems before anything pays out the claims are being slowey declined away for no apparent reason. That's on top of purchases which didn't track in the first place. I have no confidence anything will pay out, as most are estimated to not pay out for 12 months until 6 months after the stay.

    Avis - Retailer Declined
Halfords - Retailer Declined - try a claim and it says my order number isn't long enough.

    Marriott - Did not track
    IHG - Did not track
Virgin Atlantic - Did not track

No, I normally find them pretty good. You have to doublecheck that you’re not using other codes as well alongside. Retire is tend not  like you using discount codes and cashback sites together.
You also need to make sure that if you’ve got several windows open you are using the one that originally opened from the Quidco site. I’ve had a few declined because of that, Normally on a holiday page when I’m looking at several options, so I open a few windows at a time and lose track of which was the original one - and it was my own fault.
Generally speaking, it’s not Quidco refusing; they’re either not tracking because of something that you’re doing or the retailer has said no. You could also try clearing cookies as well before your next attempt.

I generally work out what I'm going to buy. Then go back and start the tracking and try and go straight to order and pay. It's annoying as it's quite a bit of money to loose if it doesn't work as expected. But guess also it's just a bonus, if it works it work, if not - suggestion on a better cashback site welcome.

I tend to alternate between Quidco and TopCashback because they vary the amount of cashback given, so sometimes one is better paying and sometimes the other.

In my experience, and it goes back many years, Quidco fails to pay out far more frequently than Topcashback - and I do know how to take all the correct steps (clean browser, no cookies etc) to avoid tracking problems.

Consequently, I use Quidco only as a last resort - and in any even it's very rarely that Topcashback doesn't offer a better rate.

Used Quidco for years, then started having problems so switched to TopCashback, fairly plain sailing with the occasional problem, but usually resolved in my favour…then…start of the year Quidco attempt to lure back with promise of “bonus cash back”…guess what…nothing…nearly 3 months now…nothing…glad in the meantime I kept on with TopCashback.

poor show from Quidco…can see now why I left.
No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere
