Quidco isn't the most reliable these days. Check if TopCashBack also has the cashback deal as people report better success with them.

Wonder if someone can help. My Quidco compare home broadband tracked at £0 when I bought Vodafone fibre last week. The cashback was supposed to be for £51 . I don’t think you can raise a claim against quidco compare as well. Is it worth cancelling the fibre order and raising another one, as this deal being cheaper than others is heavily dependent on the cashback .

have others got their cashback even after it tracks at £0?

First rule of cashback - never make a purchasing decision based on cashback.

You would have to check the t&cs of the offer, but some special offers will say that it will track at zero before being uplifted to the correct amount. But should be stated somewhere in the terms.

And the joint first rule - never use Quidco unless there’s no alternative.

Getting it to track is a win.

  • I booked a holiday on Jet2Holidays which should have given me £80. (1st Nov to 31st March bookings get £80) However it is showing £5, it's been the best part of a month now. I can't see any way to get it sorted, the raise a claim form stops progressing if it is about a wrong amount, they say "contasct us", the support contact pages take you to the raise a claim form so I am stuck?

Did you use one of those voucher codes that Jet2 email out because if you did that explains why it’s only £5.
Otherwise, it might be one that tracks at a lower right and then pays the higher rate when it’s confirmed. Jet2 is normally 8 to 12 weeks so you probably need to wait a bit longer.

I moved away from Quidco eons ago as I was struggling to get most purchases to track but yesterday I received an email offering me a £30 bonus if I made any purchase from one of 10 sellers. I opted in and pressed the go shopping link. Amazingly the purchase actually tracked but the bonus cashback amount is still saying opted in. Should it not have moved to tracked too or something similar? I’m not clear of the statuses of bonus cashback amounts and the Quidco site isn’t very informative. Older bonuses over a year old either say bonus paid or expired. TIA.

Normal, bonus is normally applied later (if at all, this is Quidco after all)

Very irritating Quidco has a cashback rate that "expires tomorrow", but it doesn't state what time.  So I have no idea whether it means the moment the clock hits 00:00 in a few hours, has the rate expired?  Or does it mean the entirety of tomorrow its valid (6 jan up until 23:59)

It's bloody maddening that nobody there has the brain to simply state the exact time and date it expires!
