Quick q regarding inconsistencies in tracking.
I have recently purchased a number of items via iTunes, 3 of which have tracked and are on my dashboard as having done so. However more recently when I have bought from iTunes, there has been no tracking and according to your website, I will not be able to raise a claim to have cashback paid. Why is this?

I am sorry to hear your cashback did not track and that you are unable to raise a claim for this retailer.
Please do not worry, all you need to do is contact us via the 'Support' tab on your Quidco account and we can certainly take a look into this and assist you further with this matter.

Is there any way of seeing on your account the transactions that counted towards the Christmas Bonus event? I earned £50 and know I need all 12 transactions to pay out before that is payable, but I cant seem to find a way to keep track.£2 savers club #33

Well unfortunately I've discovered that there is a limited time to query claims that as a newcomer I wasn't aware of so I won't be getting this cashback. quidco blocked my account, even i sent all the proof of purchase and
quidco transaction manager Mark said i am linked with multiple accounts.
He did not used his sense that how i can spend arround £1200 to get £120.
ANy one can give me advice me what i can do ??
because he he wrong and i dont have any other account in quidco.

On the activities page the one's that relate to the Christmas bonus have a parcel against them.0 -

Sorry to here that you weren't aware of the claims procedure. Unfortunately there is a 7 week time frame that we have to work to, in regards to raising a claim.
However if you would like to contact our Customer Support Team who will be able to look into this further for you.
