  • quidco blocked my account, even i sent all the proof of purchase and
    quidco transaction manager Mark said i am linked with multiple accounts.

    He did not used his sense that how i can spend arround £1200 to get £120.

    ANy one can give me advice me what i can do ??

    because he he wrong and i dont have any other account in quidco.

    I've waited since October 14 for a £80 nationwide flexplus account cashback claim (1615636)-provided my account details everything (no idea why it didn't track in first place. Then i'm told in mid Jan that simply the "retailer has declined to pay cashback" and there is nothing further they can do?? No explanation, no reason why. Completely unacceptable?

    T&C are just like Quidco:

    The Company shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its rules and any decision it makes relating to termination of membership (including cancellation of Rewards) shall be final and binding.

    And like Quidco get caught breaking them your out.:D

    At the top of the Contact Support page, there will be a link where it says: "If your query isn't covered by any of the categories below, please contact Quidco Support."

    Please click on this link, and it will display a contact form at the bottom of the page, where you will be able to detail your query.

    If you're still having problems with the form not displaying, please do let me know.

    Hello.

    I got the Sky free unlimited broadband deal through Quidco in January and there was also a £50 M & S voucher with the deal as well.
    I have looked on the t&c's but can't find out how to claim.
    On MSE deal about Sky there is a mention of going to Sky website and claim the voucher there but I don't know if that is for all claims or does Quidco have a different way of claiming this voucher.
    Any ideas please.

    Hi @Boohoo,

    I am sorry to hear you have not received your M&S voucher yet. When there is a voucher offered with a purchase, this voucher comes directly from the retailer, in this case Sky.

    If you contact Sky directly, they should be able to provide you with information on when you should receive your voucher.

    This advice was posted on the 16th Jan. Three emails sent - no reply. How about a postal address and the name of the boss - he/she might be interested in unhappy users? Then everyone else might be able to get some answers/excuses.
