It it just me who think the opinions surveys are broken, my profile is 100% in all sections, I get an invite and then get told I am not eligible after a good few questions (usually all info already cover in my profile).
This keeps happening it isn't a one off.

Yes happens to me but mostly directs me to another survey. Do you not get another suitable one offered?

I had a transaction declined from 'high and mighty'. When i got in touch with quidco they just said I need to think about where I shop

The Christmas Bonus will be awarded once all your qualifying purchases show as confirmed in your account, the bonus will then be inserted as a new transaction.

Hi. I ordered bt. Installed 11 February First payment taken from bank yet not showing as tracked. I have put in a claim and it says I am in the cooling off period which clearly I am not. Can you help please Quidco rep. Thsnks

Thanks for raising a claim, as that is the next step which we do take when a purchase does not track into your account automatically.
Your cashback claim is currently going through the normal claims process.
The cooling off period refers to the validation period, which a purchase is subject to being returned.
As soon as this 30 day period is over we will then send your claim off to the retailer and we will provide you with updates upon every stage of the claims process.

I've just twigged that despite the site saying I've been paid, somehow I've been unsubscribed from emails so I've not received any of the Amazon gift certificates via email for months. That's not at all annoying!0

Hi,
I recently took out a contract with Vodafone and ordered this via the Quidco website I was advised at the time of ordering I would get £60 cash-back. I am having problems with the estimated payment date keeps being changed. I have contacted Vodafone who have advised me that the cash-back promise is nothing to do with them and that I should take the matter up directly with Quidco. Qudico are stating that they are now awaiting for Vodafone to approve the transaction and cash-back amount.
If this thread is not listed in the correct forum section then please feel free to move it.
I was therefore wondering if someone on here could please clarify who is responsible for honouring the cashback amount?

Quidco is responsible.
However cashback is not guaranteed and Quidco will only pay out if they receive it.0 -
How recently is recently? Some cashback can take months to become payable.0
