And the cashback sites nowadays are only interested in their own profits; not their customers. Topcashback is now totally mercenary and Quidco went that way a few years back.

Then maybe you should have a look at Imutual..... owned by the users.
I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.

    Hi,

I recently took out a contract with Vodafone and ordered this via the Quidco website I was advised at the time of ordering I would get £60 cash-back. I am having problems with the estimated payment date keeps being changed. I have contacted Vodafone who have advised me that the cash-back promise is nothing to do with them and that I should take the matter up directly with Quidco. Qudico are stating that they are now awaiting for Vodafone to approve the transaction and cash-back amount.

If this thread is not listed in the correct forum section then please feel free to move it.

I was therefore wondering if someone on here could please clarify who is responsible for honouring the cashback amount?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @snowy66

I can certainly explain this for you.

The cashback you earn is actually a referral commission the retailer pays Quidco for referring the sale, instead of keeping this referral commission, we pass this onto you in the form of cashback.

As the cashback is coming from the retailer, we do have to wait for them to pay us before we can pass this onto you.

I hope this helps explain how the cashback is paid.

If you would like to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact us via the 'Support' tab on you Quidco account and we will be happy to assist you.

    Kind Regards,

I was due to recieve £40 cashback for switching my account.

It was estimated to be paid yesterday but was not. When I looked this morning the estimated paid date has disappeared and it has not been paid to me.

    Hi

I wouldn't normally post on a forum with this query, but the Quidco online customer support is not functioning - I just keep getting an error message saying my support ticket could not be created, so am trying all avenues!

I tried to upload a receipt from a grocery shop yesterday via my phone, but not sure it worked - no confirmation and the phone just went black as soon as I clicked 'upload' (nothing wrong with the phone - seemed to be the app itself). It's not appearing in my activity. It's a time-limited offer so I'm not wanting to wait too long before I resolve it. The question I have is: am I allowed to try and upload the receipt again, or will Quidco penalise me for trying to upload the same receipt twice?

    Thanks

    Hi @wildthing01

Sorry to hear that you are having this issue with your Clicksnap receipt.

You can upload your receipt again, if the original receipt has already been processed for cashback the duplicate will then just not be awarded for cashback.

Sorry that you were unable to to contact the Customer Support team yesterday.

You will now be able to contact the Support Team via the live chat facility or sending us a support message via our Support Page.

    Kind Regards,

    Quidco Company Representative

    Hi all,

I've just had two cashbacks declined by Gatwick Airport Parking. Ive raised a claim but one of the bookings hasnt taken place yet so can't go further. Gatwick seem to have also disappeared off the cashback list so I can't see the feedback. Has anyone else had issues with them?

    Thanks,
