    I have been trying your support tab all day but get the error message that the help desk is experiencing problems and to retry in a few minutes, but this has gone on for hours now, is there an email address I can write too? I received an email giving £15 of my next purchase if completed before the end of March, I have made a purchase which has tracked and want to ensure the £15 payable by Quidco will be honoured ?

    We have been undertaking the change to a new contact system to try and improve the experience for our members, so this will cause a few niggles from time to time whilst we iron everything out. This should be back up and running now.

    The £15 bonus you refer to will be added to your account within 72 hours of the standard cashback from your purchase confirming.

    We have been undertaking the change to a new contact system to try and improve the experience for our members, so this will cause a few niggles from time to time whilst we iron everything out. This should be back up and running now.

    Hi

    Looking for advice or to see if anyone had experienced the same problems. Back in January I took out a deal though Quidco to have BT Broadband, TV and calls the order was completed online.

    I have now been told BT are refusing to pay the cash back of £200 and Quidco say they cannot do anything. I did not have broadband or a phone line previously so it is a brand new account and I met all terms and conditions.

    I can see on the BT Forums the lots of people have experience the same problems and have been refused cashback. I have tried leaving a review on Quidco about all of the problems I have had but they will not publish it.

    I've also been getting this message for the last week of so which, considering the only other way to contact Quidco is via a premium account, is deeply frustrating.

    When is this problem going to be fixed?

    I've been having the same problem for the last week too, it's very frustrating. :(

    @vicki84 I'm sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience with BT on this occasion and that you are unable to post a review regarding this so far.

    I'm sorry to hear that you have been experiencing this issue and for any frustration that this has caused.

    We have been looking into this as a priority and had hoped that this was now resolved. If you continue to have difficulties raising a support ticket may I suggest that you try using another browser to see if this rectifies the problem.
