I'm very sorry to hear that you're having this issue.
We have been undertaking the change to a new contact system to try and improve the experience for our members, so this will cause a few niggles from time to time whilst we iron everything out. This should be back up and running now.
The £15 bonus you refer to will be added to your account within 72 hours of the standard cashback from your purchase confirming.

Looking for advice or to see if anyone had experienced the same problems. Back in January I took out a deal though Quidco to have BT Broadband, TV and calls the order was completed online.
I have now been told BT are refusing to pay the cash back of £200 and Quidco say they cannot do anything. I did not have broadband or a phone line previously so it is a brand new account and I met all terms and conditions.
I can see on the BT Forums the lots of people have experience the same problems and have been refused cashback. I have tried leaving a review on Quidco about all of the problems I have had but they will not publish it.

I've also been getting this message for the last week of so which, considering the only other way to contact Quidco is via a premium account, is deeply frustrating.

@vicki84 I'm sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience with BT on this occasion and that you are unable to post a review regarding this so far.
We do have an equal responsibility to be fair to our retailers as well as to our members and therefore have to adhere to review guidelines.

We have been looking into this as a priority and had hoped that this was now resolved. If you continue to have difficulties raising a support ticket may I suggest that you try using another browser to see if this rectifies the problem.
