Can someone explain to me how when to take the £5 fee for Premium customers is decided?
In previous years, it has been September and November but I'm assuming as I'm due a payment of £45 this week (for the £50 Christmas bonus) the £5 is being taken this month.
Is it based purely on when a payment is large enough to subtract the £5 fee rather than a specific time of year?
@his missus
The annual £5 premium membership fee is retained by an automated system. This takes into account when you have earned cashback so that cashback earned in a particular membership year is not retained towards another membership year and also depends on when you request/ receive your payment.
I hope this helps, if you would like further information on this or the break down of your account then please contact our customer support team who will be happy to look into this for you.
Kind regards

I have registered for a £10 bonus if I order something before the end of March from any retailer offering cashback. My question is: If I order from Amazon (who don't offer cashback on everything), and the item is in a category that doesn't have cashback, would the £10 offer still be valid, the item I am looking at is on their marketplace section.
@ robby2k9
In order to be eligible for the £10 bonus you do need to make a purchase that qualifies for cashback as per the terms and conditions of this offer. So if you make a purchase with Amazon, this would need to fall into a category for which cashback is eligible in order for the purchase to correctly track into your account.
I hope this helps, should you require further information on this please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team who will be happy to help.

How about some feedback from other board?Originally Posted by ijrwe
Has anyone ever tried to leave a review on quidco? They won't let me leave a polite and matter-of-fact review that my cashback was declined - support are telling me that it "can't be published", lol.
Only positive reviews allowed! I wonder what the actual cashback success rate is? Could be approaching zero and no one would clock on.I tried to leave a "clean", but bad feedback too, but declined as apparently it wasn't fair? Yet everything I included was true.
Looks like they are more bothered about customers going via their link than looking after them.0 -

@grumbler
At Quidco we welcome reviews that are both positive and negative however, we do have an equal responsibility to be fair to our retailers as well as to our members. Please be assured that the retailers on board with us are monitored very carefully and all have extremely low decline rates, when compared with how much cashback they actually pay out.
If you have written a review that has not been posted and would like to discuss this in more detail please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team who will be happy to help.

Members who are eligible for these promotions will receive an email offering the bonus. You can find a link to the terms and conditions of the promotion in the email when 'opting in' to the offer.
I hope this helps, do of course contact our customer support team should you want any more information in relation to this.

@shimmeringsky
Please don't worry as it can take up to 10 working days for your Amazon payment to reach your registered email account, though they do often arrive sooner than this - please also check your junk folder just in case.
If after this time you have not received this, do of course get in touch with our customer support team who will happily assist you further.

Yeah,I raised a claim after a live chat session but it was declined. My mission now is to raise awareness amongst Quidco users so that they too can issue claims for something that should have been picked up by Quidco.0 -
