Has anyone actually received the Christmas bonus yet?
People with amazon voucher problems - I had the same issue with my first Amazon voucher from quidco, it took about 8 weeks to come through. Another one that was requested later came through much more quickly, so it is all a bit random.0 -

I just realised yesterday that I hadn't had the Christmas bonus, I have submitted a support ticket, but no reply as yet. With the Amazon vouchers I have been claiming these for a while and have never had to wait this long previously. It seems that there is an actual problem with amazon payment at the moment the following message is on there support page now."Amazon Gift Certificates - We are unfortunately experiencing an issue with some Amazon Gift Certificate payments. If you haven't received your Amazon Gift Certificate payment, your payment is showing as 'paid' by Amazon Gift Certificate and it has been more than 10 days since you requested it, please don't worry. We are currently investigating this and hope to have a resolution shortly"0 -
Just a note re the Amazon payment issue. I have just recieved my code so looks like the issue has been sorted0

I have been trying your support tab all day but get the error message that the help desk is experiencing problems and to retry in a few minutes, but this has gone on for hours now, is there an email address I can write too? I received an email giving £15 of my next purchase if completed before the end of March, I have made a purchase which has tracked and want to ensure the £15 payable by Quidco will be honoured ?

On course for £50 cashback from bonus event but now one of the retailers has declined my claim. Tiny amount of cashback but now crucial as they count as one of my 12 retailers. Click & collect order, have the goods but not sure if i still have the receipt - it was from November. Seemed too good to be true :-(0

Not me, I was told it should be with me at the end of February but I'm still waiting. My 12th qualifying transaction was confirmed 3-4 weeks ago now.

We did have a few issues with the processing but that should be now showing in your account confirmed and ready for payment.
