    I am sorry your cashback was declined as we do share your disappointment when this happens.

    The cashback is a referral fee we receive from the retailer for directing you to their website through Quidco and making a purchase. This referral fee is then passed on to you once it's been paid in the form of cashback.

    If you have any queries regarding the cashback then please do contact the Support Team via your Support tab on Quidco.

    Thanks for the reply, but there is clearly a problem between yourselves and the AA which needs resolving. As it happens, I am moving to a different road rescue provider because of this fiasco - it is very misleading to offer a price with £x cashback which then doesn't materialise.

    I completed the Christmas bonus offered by Quidco whereby if you shopped at certain retailers you would unlock a bonus. Rather disappointed that nearly none of the them tracked and when queried cashback has been declined although I followed the rules. Seems one big scam and has soured my opinion of Quidco
    No Matter what you do there will be critics.

    Once the bonus has been unlocked, the bonus is paid once the cashback for your transactions are all confirmed.

    If you've unlocked the £50 bonus, this will be paid when 12 of your purchases with the participating retailers is confirmed.
