I stopped using Quidco after having to continually chase missing cashback and getting what I knew were legitimate cashback clicks not track. Friends and family have found similar which is disappointing as I racked up quite a bit with Quidco during the time period I used them.
I've moved to their main competitor and the only one I have had to chase they paid up immediately to save me waiting on the retailer who has a history of dragging things out.
Presuming their main rival is TCB I have had similar problems with them too seems the bigger they get the greedier they get.
Now mainly use Imutual and about £2.50 a week in daily clicks which I invest in the Share Club on there. They also have a cashback guarantee as well.
Only use these 2 for the in-store purchase stuff like click snap etc
and even then there are problems galore often not worth the effort.I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0 -

Quidco Company RepresentativeThe website page for submitting ClickSnap receipts no longer seems to be working, as nothing happens after selecting a retailer at step 1, so I cannot continue to step 2. I have tried two different browsers and find the same issue both times.

I am sorry you feel this way.
We do have a support page where you can contact us, the support form does not have to be regarding cashback as the team deal with a variety of queries that are made this way.
The ClickSnap upload a receipt feature is being investigated now and we hope to have a resolution within the next 24 hours.

Thanks for your reply Vanessa, but we (myself and someone from support) did loads of checks, tried 3 different browsers and found no issues my side.
As I say, coupled with payments which did tracked being declined/unpaid I simply lost faith in quidco.
I know someone who is currently fighting their sky cashback, which I understand from reading the sky forums, is a common theme. Quidco blame sky, sky blame quidco.
He's close to leaving quidco as well over this! I have directed him here to make contact so hopefully he should post soon.0 -
Well, I've had no update on my claim for EE broadband since 31st October.
Quidco are still/again advertising the £130 cashback & save £52.80 when you purchase a year's line rental up-front.
The Quidco offer page gives an estimated payment date of mid-May (about 5 months) and states that cashback claim payment speed is 6 months.
I took up the offer on 4th July.
Hmmm, time is passing by...0 -
OK I am getting rather tired of this, I mentioned about my BT Broadband order, original date 8th Jan, changed to April, well the same has now happened with Sky, Ordered Sky mid November, estimated payment date was today 19th December, this has now today changed to the end of March, Why?0
