Hi,
I have been using Quidco opinions for the last few months and have amassed a little bit of money from the site. I have recently received an email asking me to redeem my cashback before Dec 18th, otherwise I would not be able to get it or something along those lines.
So when I go to the redemption page, https://quidco-opinions.com/redemptions , I do not see any buttons or anything (There used to be a button if I remember correctly).
Now all it says is "Transfer your Quidco Opinions earnings to your main Quidco.com account. Remember, you must reach £0.50 before you can make the transfer." - and the rest is a blank.
On my earnings page, it shows I have accumulated £7.45 over a number of surveys.
I am a little confused, what is wrong with your site?0 -
Has anyone figured out if you can get cashback from Apple if you purchase an in app purchase within an app using the iTunes cashback?
If so how do you do it from your PC?0 -
I must agree with many other recent posters that I am too becoming fed up with Quidco after experiencing a myriad of issues over the past six months.
I have over the past four years accrued around £1500 cashback but I have to admit the service has gone down hill in recent times.
Two specific things spring to mind ... constantly changing "estimate" payment dates, so you think you are going to get paid soon, then you log in and the date has moved to three months later.
Quidco, you need to improve the rate at which you pay cashback with ALL retailers for this service to remain viable. I appreciate some services require a wait period as part of the eligibility, but for all others, a prompt payment service is the only way to ensure the service lives on.
Also, in the case of my parents, four months to investigate a declined claim? Seriously?!
I'd strike a retailer off the books if the agreement was to resolve cashback claims within four months, a wholly ridiculous period of time to investigate a claim.
It's a simple process with recording keep at all companies to cross reference a couple of details to either confirm or deny cashback.0 -
Is quidco opinions still active? I notice the winner banner was last dated August and since signing up approx a month ago I have still to receive a survey.2014 wins:

Hi @splitinfinity,
I am sorry to hear that you're having this issue. We are in the process of completely revamping Quidco Opinions, to provide you with surveys more suitable to each user, and more of them.
As this is happening, we are asking for all users to redeem any earned cashback before 18th December 2014. I am very sorry that you are not able to do this.
In order to redeem your cashback, you will need to click the 'Redeem your survey cashback' on the following page: https://quidco-opinions.com/earnings
Once you have done this, your Quidco Opinions balance will revert to £0.00, and your Opinions cashback will confirm in your main account within 14 days.
If you are still not able to transfer your balance on the earnings page, please contact us via your support tab, so we can look into your account for you.
I hope this helps.
Kind Regards,

Hi @kinnth,
Unfortunately, cashback is not available for in-app purchases I'm afraid.
However, we do offer 7% cashback for sales in the following categories:
App Store
Book
Music
Film
TV Programme
I apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

Hi @sgx.saint,
I am very sorry that you are unhappy with our service.
I apologise that you feel that the service is going downhill, as we are always trying to improve the service for the better.
As of late, We are unfortunately experiencing a few problems with the payment speeds listed on the site. We are working to get this rectified as quickly as possible, however I do understand that some payment speeds are not currently accurate and therefore should not be seen as a guarantee.
These are in the process of being fixed, and the majority of retailers should now be showing correct estimates. I am very sorry that this has caused an inconvenience when your estimated payment date moved. We base our estimates upon how long the retailer takes to pay out over the last 12 months, so these estimates are subject to change.
Claims for retailers are stated on the retailers page. The reason that claims do seem to take longer to be processed is due to the fact that we are reliant on various other third parties (including the retailer) to process and approve the claim, so there are various checks and hand-offs involved.
I do hope this explains the cashback process a little further, and once more, I am very sorry for any disappointment caused by these issues. If you would like to discuss a particular transaction in your account, please contact customer support by using the links in the top right corner of your Quidco page.
Kind Regards,

Hi @Merc With A Mouth,
I can confirm that not only is Quidco Opinions active, but we are currently in the process of enhancing it, to provide you with more surveys than you will be currently getting, and these surveys will be more appropriate to you, based on the profile that you complete.
This new service will be starting on 19th December, so surveys should start coming in more frequently from that date.
I do hope this helps.

Complete your profile information as fully as possible - I have had a number of surveys ranging from 20p to £3 - from drinks, pet food and car insurance and so on.0 -
what is going on with quidco, i took up the offer on 01/12/14 for £200 cashback with quidco when taking out unlimited fibre infinity broadband with BT. offer ended at midnight 01/12/14.
My quidco has tracked with wrong amount, i will wait and see what the confirmed amount will be and my sister who also took up the offer has been told offer was only for £100. which it wasnt and i have got photos of the offer to prove it.
just to add, i have been on a different forum site and people are saying quidco are denying it was £200, saying it was only £100 even though alot of people have screen shots from different times of the day.
so are quidco lying or just falsely advertising something to gain users, either way alot of people saw the offer and took it up, its wrong and disgusting to deny the amount..0
