Hi @SHEILA54,

Please don't worry, as long as you have 12 purchases with 12 different retailers and the cashback is confirmed, you will receive the bonus.

If cashback is declined by one of the retailers and you have another qualifying purchase for which the cashback is declined, this will be counted towards the bonus instead.

Where has the christmas bonus gone on the quidco site?

I was wanting to make a purchase from a participating retailer but everything seems to have been taken off (no retailers have blue parcels, info pages are gone, etc)

I thought this was running until the 24th!

Hi @aau1,

I am sorry to hear that you're having this issue. As mentioned by @rick@findthatfuchsia, the Christmas event is still running, and it will finish on 24th December 2014 at 23:59:59.

If you are having trouble with this, can I please ask you to clear your cookies, and try again using this link.

Thanks, yes it's working now. It wasn't last night (and it wasn't just me, the quidco facebook page had a few people asking as did other threads on MSE)

The website page for submitting ClickSnap receipts no longer seems to be working, as nothing happens after selecting a retailer at step 1, so I cannot continue to step 2. I have tried two different browsers and find the same issue both times.

Quidco Company Representative please could you nudge your technical team to provide a solution? Thanks!

Yes, I'm having the same problem. Tried different browsers and nothng works.

And sadly the support system on the website is so rubbish you can't tell them this directly their website is foobarred as it seems the only help you need is with missing transactions and cashback and no way to ask anything else.
