    Where do I find the the MPAN number / MPR number + order Number - I can't complete a claim without these numbers.

    I've printed off my application - Thanks for choosing npower through quidco and also a print screen showing - ''Your visit has been recorded'' + received an email from Quidco ''We've recorded your visit to npower'' + email from npower '' Thanks for choosing npower to supply your Gas and Electricity. On your website it does say ''Occasionally cashback fails to track''. My account summary does not show the purchase as tracked within the three days, so I have contacted Quidco Support team who'll chase up the missing funds on my behalf. Customer support has not responded yet to my support question sent on 10.12.14 at 08:36AM, should I be worried about my cashback for this transaction with npower???? - the clock is ticking, I have 14 days from 06.12.14 to cancel my contract.

    I can confirm that BT were indeed offering £200 cashback for BT TV + Broadband (including Infinity) + Calls on this date, 1 December 2014.

    Do be assured we keep a record of all rates of cashback for all retailers on Quidco.

    When you purchase Infinity as part of a package with BT Broadband, cashback will track lower initially and then update to the correct amount once confirmed, so please don't worry. If your cashback doesn't update when it's confirmed, please contact customer support by using the links in the top right corner of your Quidco page.

    this is what i mean with quidco, iv just checked the photo i took to confirm again, this was just for infinity broadband and calls on a 12 month contract, not including tv that you had at the rate of £200.
    there was a red clock at the bottom of the screen showing how long until the offer expired,
    i just presumed it was an offer they were doing for cyber monday.
    but now quidco are denying that was what was on offer
  • There is definitely something wrong with Quidco. They are censoring reviews of retailers and their claim that there are only a 'few' problems with cahsbacks is laughable.

    I have collected the 15 retailers for the £50 cashback offer but 1 has been declined and 1 is pending. The declined one has not been removed although I have now made purchases with other retailers in the offer.
    What will happen please?
