I signed up for BT Broadband + TV last night, clicking through to BT's site shortly before midnight but not completing my order until after midnight. At midnight the cashback went down from £250 to £200. Which rate should I expect to get?
(The point may be moot as it hasn't yet tracked)
Hi @Faddy,
This would depend on when your click through to the retailer registered and therefore the time that your purchase would track.
Could I ask you to please contact customer support? You can do so by clicking on the "support" tab on the top right hand side of your account and then "contact form".
One of our customer support team will then be able to check this accurately for you.

I already have Sky Broadband and Phone but not TV. Do I need to use the Upgrades link or the New Customer one?
My girlfriend has had no end of trouble with Sky/quidco in the past so I want to make sure what I'm doing is 100% correct.
Hi @AdamAtTVC,
As you are already a customer with Sky you will need to purchase from the upgrades page, as you will not be classed as a new customer.
At the moment you can earn cashback as an existing customer with purchases of the following TV packages:
Family
Sky Movies
Sky Sports
You can see all of the products currently eligible for cashback here: http://www.quidco.com/sky-digital-upgrades-tv-and-broadband/?ac on the left hand side of the page under "All Cashback Rates".
I do hope that this helps.
Kind Regards,

Hi,
I'm currently out of contract on BT standard broadband and have been trying to get a decent price from BT for upgrading to infinity.
Does anyone know if I can get cashback when upgrading as an existing customer?
Quidco states:Important things to know:
New customers onlyCashback is paid for all customers purchasing a brand new package. Existing BT customers who regrade a current package will only be eligible for cashback on the new add-on element, if cashback is offered on the particular product at the time.
Top CashBack states:Customers moving home and continuing an existing BT contract will not be eligible for cashback
The best prices I have so far are (with £169.90/yr line rental):
Infinity 2 (by phone) - £20/mo, £6.95 install, 18mo contract = £34.54/mo
Infinity 1 (online) - £23/mo, £10 for 6mo, £36.95 install, 18mo contract = £34.88/mo
Unfortunately moving home has left me with 7 months left on my phone line contract resulting in an £80 charge if I move to another provider. This, along with wanting BT sport, makes other providers less competitive.
I don't care whether I get Infinity 1 or 2, whichever works out cheaper. If I can get cashback, the online deal is best, if not I may as well take the phone deal.
Thanks!0 -
@the Quidco rep. You say in response to a poster above:
'Unfortunately we are unable to post your review, as the tracking is done by third party affiliates. In this case when your purchase has been traced, it has been traced back to a website other than Quidco, which is why we were unable to get this for you. As this is outside of the retailer's control, I'm afraid that it would not be possible for us to post this onto their Quidco page.'
That's rubbish. You allow positive reviews, why not negative reviews? Quite frankly, your answer doesn't make sense. When it suits Quidco you claim 'third party'...
Yesterday, I tried to publish a review of Cafe Nero. I had previously been informed that it takes 4-5 months before cashback is confirmed. All I did was write this in my review i.e. repeat what CS had told me.You refused to publish it.
And that's not all. I had a cashback that had a 'guaranteed payment's status with a date. Today, I log in and find that that status has vanished into thin air.
I am losing my patience with you.0 -

Hi @kaveish,
I have checked the rates for BT as an existing customer for you, and unfortunately upgrading to infinity would not provide any cashback.
It states in our terms and conditions that:Existing BT customers who regrade a current package will only be eligible for cashback on the new add-on element, if cashback is offered on the particular product at the time.
Of course, we do have cashback on a variety of internet service providers, so feel free to take a look at their offers (even if this must be when your contract with BT comes to an end).

Hi @legalfreak22,
I am very sorry that your review was declined. I can assure you that we do not decline reviews simply based upon whether they are positive or negative.
Reviews should be based largely in part to the experience you have with the retailer, as retailers are not responsible for the tracking of purchases.
I will be happy to further look into your review on this occasion, so we can resolve this. Could you please send an email regarding this to:
members@quidco.com
FAO Josh (legalfreak22 MSE)
I can then investigate this for you personally.
