fawnsinthegarden wrote: »Can someone explain the 'new' terms on Quidco's Christmas bonus event please seeings as they keep changing it.
Is it as long as you spend £12 collectively from the first 6 retailers ie, £2 each for example, or is it £12 per retailer? As I have spent collectively around £70 and says unlocked but not confirmed?
It would be nice to know in plain and simple terms what the promotion is.
Hi @fawnsinthegarden,
I'll be happy to help here.
To get the £6 bonus you need to spend £12 or more over the first 6 retailers.
For the £25 you need to spend £50 or more over the 9 retailer and for the £50 you are required to spend £100 or more over the 12 retailers.
As long as you have totaled £100 or over when you get to the 12th retailer you will get the £50 bonus
I hope this helps.
Kind regards
Louisa

Can't find a real quidco forum so will try here.....
There is a BT deal for infinity 1 broadband + phone with £150 cashback, anyone know if I'd get anything for ordering the higher infinity 2 package? BT said ask quidco but not had a response yet and the deal ends today.

Think you will find that this is the best offer at the moment. It was £180 a few weeks ago when I signed up.
BT were also giving a £125 Sainsbury gift card when I signed up in addition to the Quidco cashback.0 -

The gift card is still there, I'm happy enough with £150. I only got the talk talk email allowing me to walk away from my contract on Wednesday so this was the soonest I could switch really.
Now to hope the gift card arrives before xmas!0 -
Quidco Rep
Hi, I am currently looking to renew car insurances, however, when I log onto Quidco through the Ipad I get a message in red saying this provider will not pay if using a mobile phone ? Do you class an Ipad as a mobile phone, or is this a generic message and doesn't apply to tablets etc
Thanks0 -

Hi @Happychappy,
Sorry to hear you've had this problem.
The iPad and tablets are classed as a mobile device's I'm afraid.
The way tracking and cookies work on a mobile device is different and may not track correctly if all.
Sorry for any disappointment this may have caused you.
Kind regards

Quidco rep,
I am a little confused as to why i seem to be getting alot of confirmed cashback that does not appear to be available for payment, even after 3-4 weeks.
I have sent a query about this to quidco, but just wondered if it could be explained at all?
Thanks0 -
Hi there,
I am sorry to hear that you have had this issue.
When cashback has become 'Confirmed' this does mean that is ready for payment.
For our Premium Members the first £5 earned in a membership year is retained towards their premium retention fee. If this is the case, and you do not have 'confirmed' cashback of over £5 then it will remain as confirmed until we can retain the payment.
Please note, that with the £5 you get the following premium benefits:
- Faster Paying Retailers
- Premium Quidcare support (7 days a week) which includes live chat, calls backs and support tickets
- Bespoke offers, competitions and bonuses
- No third party advertising
If you are not a premium member, or if you have more that £5 that is 'Confirmed' then please wait for your reply from Quidco Support as they will be able to investigate further.
I do hope that this has helped.
Kind Regards,
Anna

Firstly I just want to say I have used Quidco for years, having over £2400 of cashback.
But this year a lot of transactions are getting declined even after raising a ticket.
Here are just a few in the past 2 months!:
25.00 Claim declined
80.00 Claim raised
12.50 Claim raised
8.80 Declined
Over £125 so far!
I also started to use Topcashback, and surprise surprise everything tracking and paying nicely.
I'm starting to think that Quidco are keeping the money for themselves!!!!
Quidco sort out you now terrible customer service and constant claim declines for long term customers!!!!0
